Installing DyKnow

Step 1 - Download either the 32-bit version or 64-bit version of DyKnow (only available on Windows operating systems)

*most peope are still using 32-bit versions of Windows

Step 2 - Install DyKnow by launching downloaded executable file, follow prompts, paying close attention to the following two screens.

Select DyKnow Vision only
Select only 'Install DyKnow Vision'
(unless you are an instructor and would like the PowerPoint Add-in)
  
DyKnow Communication Settings - dyknows://dyknow.rit.edu/
Enter 'dyknows://dyknow.rit.edu/'
(important: don't forget the 's' in dyknows://)
